Definitions

  • 1. Customer: Any individual who purchases a product by paying an amount determined by Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited.
  • 2. Direct Seller/Distributor: A customer above the age of 18 eligible to become a registered Member of the company. A Distributor can invite others to join, lead a team of Direct Sellers/Distributors, and sell products on behalf of the company.
  • 3. Distributor Price (DP): The specified monetary value of a product for purchase by a Direct Seller/Distributor.
  • 4. Maximum Retail Price (MRP): The specified monetary value of a product sold at market price for customers who are not Direct Sellers/Distributors.
  • 5. Business Value (BV): The monetary value used to calculate compensation and marketing benefits for a team of Direct Sellers/Distributors.
  • 6. Bonus: A percentage of sales margin distributed as income based on Business Value (BV).
  • 7. Sponsor: An existing Direct Seller/Distributor who directly invites another person to join the company as a Direct Seller/Distributor.
  • 8. Stockist: A person or entity that stocks goods for sale, purchasing products from the company and selling them to consumers.
  • 9. Repurchase: Buying products again, either for personal use or for business purposes, with the intention to buy at DP and sell at MRP.
  • 10. Team Business: Business generated by a team of downline Direct Sellers/Distributors.
  • 11. ID: Distributor Identification Number generated after the details submitted during registration Process on the registration form to become a Direct Seller/Distributor.
  • 12. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Applicable taxes deducted as per Indian tax laws.

Conditions

  • 1. No Refund Policy: Refund requests are accepted only within 30 minutes of completing payment for any product on the website. If products are dispatched or in transit, the company's Refund and Return Policy shall apply. Customers are advised to read the Refund and Return Policy thoroughly.
  • 2. Ethical Marketing: Direct Sellers/Distributors are prohibited from using deceptive, coercive, or unethical tactics to promote or sell products. Violation of this policy may result in termination of Direct Seller/Distributor rights, removal from the company database, and potential banning.
  • 3. Human Resource Management: The company may conduct meetings, training programs, seminars, and promotional events to train and motivate its Direct Sellers/Distributors and prospective members. Charges for such events, including tickets or food coupons, may apply at the company's discretion.
  • 4. Company Authority: Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any rules, terms, website features, products, or promotional materials. Decisions made by the company’s directors are final and binding.
  • 5. Legal Jurisdiction: All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court, Guwahati, Assam.
  • 6. Copyright Protection: All content on the company’s platforms is protected under copyright laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • 7. Marketing Plan Compliance: Direct Sellers/Distributors must adhere to the officially approved marketing plan. Changes to the marketing plan, if any, will be communicated, and members must comply. Non-compliance may lead to termination of Distributor ID.
  • 8. Leadership Responsibilities: Leaders must actively participate in business programs, seminars, and training sessions. Leadership roles include managing events, answering questions, and motivating team members.
  • 9. Product Training: Basic product training is mandatory for all Direct Sellers/Distributors. Knowledge of product benefits, usage, and pricing must be shared with customers and downline teams.
  • 10. Relationship with the Company: The relationship with Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited is strictly professional and organizational. Personal favors or informal arrangements with the company’s management are not allowed.
  • 11. Official WhatsApp Groups: Registered Distributors will be added to official WhatsApp groups managed by the company or his/her Sponsors. Members must comply with group rules and policies, which may be updated periodically.
  • 12. Dispute Redressal: The company has a Dispute Redressal Committee to resolve issues. But the final decisions rest with the core management of the company. As per consultation and recommendations of “Dispute Redressal Committee” company core management takes decisions and notify if required.
  • 13. Unauthorized Schemes: No unauthorized lending, investment schemes, or false representations of the company are allowed. Legal action may be taken against violators.
  • 14. Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation in the name of the company must be reported immediately. The company is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized payments to third parties. Officially approved payment methods are very clearly mentioned on our website. All our payment methods and banking details are shown on our official website/websites and same will be shared time to time also on our official WhatsApp groups.
  • 15. Modification Permissions: No individual is allowed to alter or modify the company’s business plan except for promotional purposes with basic copying or screenshots.
  • 16. Company Administration: Decisions made by the company administration, consisting of CMD, MD, CEO, and Chief Marketing Manager, are final and binding. Every decision must be approved by atleast 3 members of the Core Management/Company administration (majority decision). Disputes, if any, shall adhere to Indian laws, with legal jurisdiction limited to the Gauhati High Court.
  • 17. Negative Information Spreading: Any individual or group of individuals attempting to defame or malign the name, reputation, or image of our company - Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited by spreading false, misleading, or harmful information shall be liable for legal action. If any person or entity posts false or misleading information about the company on social media, digital news platforms, or any public media outlets, which may adversely affect the company’s reputation or public image, the company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against them. In such cases, the burden of proof shall rest with the individual or entity spreading the misinformation, not the company.
