Order Dispatch We process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours of confirmation, Monday through Saturday, during business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Customers will be notified in case of any delays in dispatch and will be kept updated on the status of their order. Typically, delivery within India takes 5 to 8 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time - Greater Guwahati Area (Assam Capital Region): 1 to 3 working days after dispatch - All Assam (excluding Barak Valley, Karbi Anglong, Dima Hasao, Bodoland areas, Tinsukia, and Dhemaji): 2 to 4 working days - For Barak Valley, Karbi Anglong, Dima Hasao, Bodoland areas, Tinsukia, and Dhemaji: 3 to 5 working days - For Outside Assam but within North East (excluding Manipur): 5 to 7 working days - For Manipur: Delivery timelines may vary due to prevailing law and order situations. - Rest of India (excluding North East): 5 to 8 working days

Shipping Charges Free Shipping: For Joining Package Products Orders with an MRP of ₹600 or above are shipped via our preferred courier partners without additional charges, as shipping fees is included in the product price.

• Repurchase Products Orders with an MRP of ₹1000 or above are shipped via our preferred courier partners with applicable additional charges, as shipping fees are not included in the repurchase product price.

• Any Repurchase Orders Below ₹1000: A nominal shipping fee will apply across India.
