Buy Back / Exchange / Refund Policy

At “Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited” (Hereinafter referred as Pranhimah), we are committed to providing products of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the terms outlined below.

  • 1. Buyback and Refund Policy
  • Eligibility for Buyback/Refund:

    • 1.1. Products may be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided the intent to return is communicated to Pranhimah within “30 minutes” of placing the order. Notification can be made via: - WhatsApp: +91 8822831261 - Email: support@pranhimah.in
    • 1.2. Products must be in “marketable condition” to qualify for a refund or buyback. "Marketable condition" means: - The product is unopened, sealed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. - The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused.
    • 1.3. A refund of “90% of the product price” will be issued if the above conditions are met and the product is returned with the original invoice.
    • 1.4. Products deemed damaged, misused, or otherwise not in marketable condition will not qualify for a refund.

  • 2. Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • 2.1. Products that are unopened, sealed, undamaged, and in their original packaging may be exchanged within “3 days” of receipt.
    • 2.2. The exchange request must include: - A completed Product Return Application. - A copy of the receipt of goods. - The original product in marketable condition.
    • 2.3. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
    • 2.4. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless otherwise directed by Pranhimah.

  • 3. Defective or Damaged Goods
    • 3.1. If goods are received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must notify Pranhimah within “2 days” of receipt. Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the goods appear damaged at the time of receipt.

    • 3.3. Requests for damaged goods received outside the stipulated period will not be entertained.

  • 4. Refund Process
    • 4.1. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with this policy. Customers will be notified of the inspection results and the status of their refund.
    • 4.2. Refunds will be processed in line with Section 1.3 above and remitted via: - Bank account details provided by the customer. - The original payment method.
    • 4.3. Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.

  • 5. Shipping Costs
    • 5.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise agreed upon by Pranhimah.
    • 5.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • 6. Order Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation by Pranhimah

    • 6.1. Pranhimah reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: - Non-availability of the product or quantity requested. - Incomplete or unverifiable order information.
    • 6.2. If an order is canceled by Pranhimah after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the customer's account or original payment method.

    • Cancellation by the Customer


    • 6.3. Customers may cancel their order within “30 minutes” of payment, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
    • 6.4. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled. Customers may still return the product as per the terms of this policy.

  • 7. Additional Provisions
    • 7.1. Products must be returned to Pranhimah's head office personally or via courier. A completed Product Return Application must accompany the returned product.
    • 7.2. Open packs of literature, videos, and other sales or marketing materials not meant for resale are not eligible for return or refund.
    • 7.3. Total returns cannot exceed the quantity purchased, as reflected on the original invoice.
    • 7.4. Any benefits availed under promotional offers will be adjusted or recovered in cases of return or cancellation. Adjustment of Products returned shall be processed in the same Payout. Total Business Value (BV) of the returned products will be deducted from the returning Direct Seller’s account and the sales benefits, incentives or bonuses shall be deducted from all respective beneficiaries and shall reflect in immediate next payment If Consumer / Direct Seller return the products directly to Pranhimah, Applicable Business Values (BV) and Commission adjustment shall be done from Direct Seller’s payment & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from the Direct Seller.
    • 7.5. Customers returning products directly to Pranhimah will have corresponding adjustments made to their virtual wallet or future payouts.
    • 7.6. Customers are not eligible to repurchase the same product within “7 days” of a return.
