Rules for Earning
- 1. For Inactive Distributors: A minimum of “1 Direct Sponsor/Joining” is mandatory every “90 days” to maintain eligibility for continuous team income. If a distributor remains inactive for a full year (365 days) with no direct joinings, their accumulated team income will be transferred to the company fund, and they will not be able to claim it in the future. This is referred to as a “cooling-off period.”
- 2. Income from Terminated or Blocked Downlines: If your direct or indirect downline’s ID is terminated or blocked, you will still receive team income from that terminated person’s downlines as it is, without any changes to the percentage.
- 3. For Club Income: If your direct downline surpasses or overtakes your rank, you will no longer earn income from them starting from the day they surpass you.
- 4. For Club Income (Additional Members): Once you achieve a specific Club Rank, you will not earn additional income from your extra direct team members who achieve any Club rank after you. For example, if your 11th or 12th direct downlines achieves the Silver or Gold Club Rank, or if your 7th direct downlines achieves Platinum Club or your 6th direct downlines achieves Diamond Club, you will not earn extra income from these additional individuals. However, you will still receive “Club Rewards” for the specified number of people achieving a club rank as per the marketing plan.
- 5. For Club Rewards: Club Rewards are value-based, calculated based on your and your team’s total contribution. If a person achieves a Club Reward by joining only on the “Bronze Key Package” (500 BV/₹600), they will receive a “maximum of 50%” value of the reward.
- 6. For Club Tours: Club Tours are based on the total “Club Fund” contributions of your team. If your direct or their direct team members join with the “Bronze Key Package”, you will be eligible only for “National Tours”. For eligibility to “Foreign Tours”, at least “80%” of the Club Fund must come from members who join with the “Silver Star Package” (₹1200/1000 BV).
- 7. For Joining Rewards: Minimum of 2 Direct Joinings per month is compulsory to qualify for Joining Rewards based on your direct joining BV and team BV. Joining Rewards are earned from the performance of your direct downline’s team.
- 8. For Consistency Bonus: Weekly Direct Joining performance is reviewed before awarding the “Consistency Bonus”. You must remain an active member/distributor to qualify for monthly, quarterly, or yearly Consistency Bonuses, depending on your direct joining performance.
- 9. For Chairman Bonus:
The company will announce the “Top 10 Best Performers” based on qualifications in at least “3 (three)” of the following five conditions:
- 1. Must be a “Gold Club or higher” rank achiever.
- 2. Must have total “directly joined 30 people”.
- 3. Must have “directly joined 10 people” in the current month (for the month the Chairman Bonus is being counted).
- 4. Must have a total team of “5000 people” across “5 levels”.
- 5. Must have “100 downline joinings” within “4 levels” (excluding direct level or Level 1) in the current month.
- 10. Income Hold Rules: If the company holds your income payout for any reason (as per the company’s terms and conditions), you can contact us for assistance or follow the steps we may suggest to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, and after discussions, the company decides to hold the income, the pending amount will be transferred to the company fund, and you will not have any future claim to that income.
Rules for Payout
- 1. Self Participation Income: Distributors will receive their Self Participation Income within”2 to 3 working days” after completing their registration and payment for the joining product package. This payout will be credited on the next working day or the day after they officially become a distributor/registered member of Pranhimah Marketing Private Limited.
- 2. Weekly Income: “Direct Sponsor Income” and “Team Bonus Income (Level Income)” will be credited every ‘Monday’ of the week, except on bank holidays. If a bank holiday or internet service disruption occurs, the payout will be processed on the next business day. The weekly business cycle is calculated from “Monday 12:01 AM” to “Sunday 12:00 PM midnight”. Payouts are based on the business performance of the previous week.
- 3. Consistency Bonus: Distributors who qualify for the “Consistency Bonus” based on their monthly, quarterly, or annual business performance will receive the payout on the “first Monday of every month”.
- 4. Club Income: Qualified distributors will receive their “Club Income” on the “first Monday of every month”.
- 5. Joining Rewards: “Joining Rewards” will be distributed according to the dates specified by the company. These rewards are generally announced monthly and distributed within “2 months” of the announcement. Rewards may be handed out at business seminars or meetings or dispatched via courier.
- 6. Club Rewards: After achieving “Club Rewards”, distributors will receive their rewards within a reasonable timeframe, usually within “1 month” of the announcement. Rewards may be distributed at business seminars or meetings or delivered via courier. A distributor has “120 days” to complete their Club Rewards target, as defined by the company.
- 7. Club Tours: Domestic Club Tours are scheduled every “March” and “September”, while “Foreign Tours” are arranged at the company’s discretion. Distributors who achieve Club Tour qualifications may need to wait for a few days or months, depending on the company’s convenience. Each tour target period spans “180 days”.
- 8. Chairman Bonus: The “Chairman Bonus” will be credited in the “middle of the next month”, based on the distributor’s monthly business performance. Generally between 12th to 20th days of every month, Chairman Bonus Income will be credited. For example, if the target is achieved in January, the bonus will be credited between “February 12 and February 19” (on any Monday within this period).
